Following a proposal from KCDC Directors to acquire land to extend the path network from the Hydro bridge toward the Pitmain Estate gates, a resolution to that effect was put to the KCDC membership. On Friday we located a new (well, a refurbished one really…) bench at the junction of the Creag Bheag, Golf Course Circular and Newtonmore paths. Today the sun shone and the path maintenance working party resumed work for the first time this year – properly socially distanced of course. This time work has begun on the network of paths within Tom Baraidh woods – dealing with some of the muddier sections and making the best path easier to follow. The
